| The more you mine and attack the more points you will get towards the merchants and then you can upgrade like that. | |

That's what I've been asking for over a week. I have over 100 officer points and it still says I dont have enough to recruit them. | |

| when you click officer it will bring up 2 when you click on one it says this
You don't have points for recruiting !
